To reset your, or another user’s, password, login and head to ‘settings’ > ‘users’ on the Hub.
This will bring up a list of users. If you’re an admin, you can reset everyone’s password by clicking the ‘Reset all passwords’ button in the top right-hand corner.
Admins can also reset other user’s passwords for them. To do this, click ‘edit’ on the correct user, scroll down to the bottom of their profile and click ‘reset password’ button.
If you’re not an admin, but just want to reset your own password, click ‘edit’ next to your own name and scroll down to the ‘reset password’ button. Once you’ve clicked this, you’ll be sent an email with instructions on how to change your password.
