Feefo has a whole suite of reports which you can use to dig into your data and discover what your customers really think about your business. All of the reports can be found in the ‘Reports’ tab of the Feefo Hub.

How to use the reports
There are a few things you should be aware of before you start looking at your reports.
Sales tags: To get as much insight from your reports as possible, make sure you’ve assigned sales a product tags to your data. Read more about how to tag your data here.
Global filters: At the top of the Hub, you’ll see a green button labelled ‘Global Filters’. From here, you can select which account you’d like to report on, and any sales tags you’d like to .
Filtering by date: In the top right corner, there’s a tab showing two calendar dates. Before running any reports, make sure you’ve selected the right time frame.
Actions: By clicking on the ‘Actions’ menu on any of the reports, you can email it, schedule a report, save it as a PDF, or save it as a CSV.
The dashboard: This is where you can find a general overview of how your feedback is looking, including the progress of your uploads, your response rates, how many reviews you need to reply to, and your average rating.
Here’s a rundown of the reports that are available within the Feefo Hub.
Feedback Breakdown: A simple breakdown of your feedback, including your current rating, the total number of reviews, and how many reviews have 1, 2, 3, ratings.
Response Performance: See how many feedback requests are being sent out, how much feedback you’re receiving, and your response rate as a percentage.
Download Feedback: Download any data you like and create your own custom reports.
Product Performance: See how your whole product range is performing at a glance average rating per product.
Feedback Summary: View how many reviews are coming in, as well as the star ratings.
Feedback Volumes: Visibility of the amount of feedback you’ve received over certain time periods.
Pending Feedback Requests: See the feedback requests and reminders that are scheduled to be sent out.
