General

  • New review rating system - the entire platform has been updated to replace the four-point rating system with five stars. More information.
  • New Feefo rating calculation - the Feefo rating basis has changed, previously this was a percentage score for service/product ratings based on the number of positive reviews received. The new rating is based on an average star rating of reviews received in the last twelve months.

  • Global filtering – replacement of the scope control, allows the user to define, save and share filters spanning multiple accounts with include/exclude logic giving more flexibility when segmenting data. More information.
