By default, when a fetch is set up it will be set to run at a randomised time during the day. The alloted time is displayed under 'Settings > Data Sources > Schedule'.

If for any reason you need the fetch to run at a specific time, or between certain hours, please raise a ticket or email our Technical Team and provide us with your merchant name and the time you want the fetch set to in 24 hour format so we can make this change for you.
